Below you will find answers to the most common questions asked by our clients.


Service fees are determined by metro area, type of documents being served, and the turn around time needed on the documents. We are not the cheapest, nor are we the most expensive. We pay our process servers much higher than the industry standard to ensure they meet our deadlines, and obtain the results that keep our clients coming back to us.

We utilize state of the art programs to locate hard to serve individuals. Within our systems, we are able to locate a new address on over 90% of people. We use public, and non-public systems to locate people.

You can email your documents to us, mail them to our mailing address in Howell, or you can drop them off in Howell. If you do not have access to email, you can also fax your documents to us for service.

Because we have been in the business for so long, we have a solid State-wide, and Nation-wide list of people we work with. We pride ourselves in offering "One Stop Shopping to our clients. If we don't serve a particular area, we will find you someone that does.

Within 48 to 72 hours of completion, we can email your affidavit of service to you, we will then mail the original to the address you provided when sending us your legal documents. If you have an online account with us, your affidavit will automatically be uploaded to your online account.

We have been serving since 2003, and we have encountered this many times. All of our staff has the experience to serve "hard to serve" cases. If we are unable to serve someone because they are evading service, we will contact you directly to give you our recommendations on how to proceed. We do not take advanced measures without speaking with our clients first.

Standard service documents receive 4 attempts over a 10-14 day period. First attempt at service, is generally within 72 hours from the time we get the documents, however, this is not guaranteed on a standard assignment.

We route your documents based on the type of documents we are serving, and where we are serving them. Business documents would be attempted first time during business hours, and residential serves would typically be attempted in the evening when the subject is not working. Because of these routes, many serves are completed within the 1st or 2nd attempt.

We have proven experience in service of process. We have been a proud member of NAPPS (National Association of Professional Process Servers) since 2003. Not just anyone can be a member of this association, and NAPPS members are held to high standards, or they are no longer allowed to be a member. We are also an insured firm, and many service firms are not. Also, the owner of the firm worked in Legal Collections for years before becoming a process server, so he understands both sides of the table.

We utilize state of the art systems for keeping our clients updated on their cases, every step of the way. You can set-up a free online account to log in and check the status of your cases. We can set our system to auto email you on every attempt, and or when the assignment is completed. We can even call you to update you on your case. We tailor our systems to your needs, whether you are a small firm, large collection firm, or an individual, you can expect to receive the same level of customer service and care.

If your firm is a heavy volume firm, we offer free pick-ups in Metro Detroit and Lansing 2 days per week. For individuals and smaller firms, we do not offer free pick-ups. We offer many options for you to submit documents for service whether you are a large or small firm.

Yes, we offer competitive discounts for high volume firms. Call or email us so we can get an idea of your needs, and counties that you need service in, and we will supply you with a written quote.

We can prepare motions for alternate service as needed, but we are not able to prepare your legal documents, we are not licensed paralegals or attorneys. If you need help with your preparing your documents, don't hesitate to ask, we work with many Paralegals and Attorneys that can assist.

Yes, we can prepare and attach a witness fee to your subpoena, we do charge a small fee to do this based on the amount of the check needed,

For your convenience, we accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. You may also mail a firm check for service, or you can pay via Paypal.

Standard service cases receive, 4 attempts at varying times over a 10-14 day period from the time we get your assignment. You will receive automatic status on your assignments via email or your online account. We will also email, and mail your affidavit upon completion.

Please let us know this before sending us your case for service. Our quotes are based on 1 address. You can not transfer attempts to a new address. New addresses are a seperate fee,as our process servers are paid per address.

Office hours are Monday though Friday from 9 am to 5 pm est. Should you need assistance after hours, please email us, or use our online chat.

Yes, we offer one stop shopping to our clients, if we do not cover a county you need, we will reach to our vast professional network to locate a server for you.

Though we encourage you to sign up for an online account, it is not required. We must, however have an email address so we can update you on your assignments, and email you a notarized affidavit upon completion.

Yes, we offer 3 levels of service to our clients. We have Standard, Priority, and Rush service. We can literally attempt documents within minutes of receiving them. Please call or email to check our availability.
