Services -

We take great pride in being your one stop shopping for all of your court service needs. Please take a moment to view all of the services we offer and thank you for choosing Great Lakes Process Servers, LLC.

Please note, we require prepayment for all of our services unless you are a Michigan based law firm. Michigan Law Firms may speak with us directly about setting up terms.
with our office.

We do not automatically bill if you are a Michigan Law Firm, as we find many law firms do not pay their bills within the terms stated. We want your business, but our servers are paid weekly, and we are not interested in financing your cases. A $5.00 late fee per invoice per month is applied to all delinquent invoices. If you require extended terms, please contact our office directly at (517) 301-2025 before submitting your case to us for service.

We offer three levels of service to suit your needs and deadlines:

Standard Service
Four attempts are made on your court document(s) over the course of 10 to 14 days. Hours of attempt will vary to maximize efficiency and likelihood your documents will served proficiently.

Rush Service
First attempt on your court document(s) is made within 48 hours of receipt, guaranteed. An additional 3 attempts are made over the next 7 days. All attempts are documented and you may access them via your online account.

Priority Service
First attempt on your court document(s) is made on the day of receipt, guaranteed. An additional 3 attempts are made over the next 3 days. All attempts are documented and you may access them via your online account.

Once service is completed, you will receive a notarized affidavit of service or non-service. This affidavit will be notarized, uploaded to your online account, and mailed within 24 to 48 hours of completion.

90% of all cases are served within the above types of service, however some defendant/witnesses do evade service. We have many options available to serve these types of individuals and we will work with you directly to get these individuals SERVED. If we are not able to serve your case within the 4 attempts, we will contact you to see how you would like to proceed.

Your need for a process server may be a routine service you require, or this may be your first time using a process server; exceeding your expectations of a process serving firm is our motto that we stand behind, no matter what your specific deadline is.
